Independent checks for web agencies
Before you hand over a client site or close an update ticket, get an independent check of the route from landing page to enquiry.
Clear evidence. Reproduction steps. A report your team can act on and share under its own branding.
UK business customers · Agreed scope · Delivery within 3 working days of payment and completed intake
What you buy
A homepage can load while a quote link leads nowhere. A form can show a success message while its email never reaches the intended inbox.
We check the route you nominate, record what happened and identify the next action. Your developers keep control of implementation.
No claim of full device coverage, continuous monitoring, security testing, legal compliance, conversion uplift or guaranteed revenue. Checkout, login, medical, financial and other sensitive workflows are outside the initial offer.
How evidence is reported
You choose the client site, starting page and intended destination. We confirm fit and any permission needed.
Each finding includes the URL, time, browser, viewport and steps. A tool error is investigated before it becomes a finding.
Receive a PDF report with a pass/fail/unconfirmed checklist, annotated screenshots for observed faults, an evidence register and prioritised reproduction and fix instructions. Your agency implements fixes; we retest the agreed route.
Observed: “The quote link opened a 404 page twice in the stated browser.”
Unconfirmed: “The form showed success. Inbox receipt has not been confirmed.”
Not tested: “No permission to submit the form was provided.”
A missing inbox confirmation is not automatically a delivery failure. A screenshot of a button is not proof that the whole enquiry journey works.
Report examples on this page are illustrative. We have no published customer case studies yet.
Fixed scope. Published prices.

Proposed repeat service
Prices shown are the total service prices. EnquiryProof is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. Weekly billing means £6,500 over 52 paid weeks, approximately £541.67 per calendar month. Agency desk availability is subject to a successful pilot and confirmed delivery capacity. No unused-check rollover.
Payment setup is being completed. You can enquire now; no payment is taken on this page. Once available, a Stripe payment link will be provided after written scope approval.
Start with the right site
Send the public URL and what a visitor should be able to do. We confirm scope before you pay.
Use business contact details only. Please do not send passwords, customer records or sensitive form content.
Prepare your enquiry below, then send it from your email app. You can also email stuart@enquiryproof.uk directly. The form does not submit your details automatically.
An email draft is not a sent enquiry. Review it and send it in your email app.
Before you book
No. We can document a fault in an enquiry path. Quantifying lost revenue needs traffic, enquiry and sales evidence that is outside this service. We do not turn guesses into lost-sales figures.
Your team implements the fixes. We supply evidence, an action brief and the included retest. We do not request administrator access or make production changes.
With written permission, we submit one clearly labelled test and ask your nominated recipient to confirm its reference and receipt time. Without that confirmation the result stays unconfirmed. We do not access their inbox.
You receive the scope and the observed results. A successful check is a valid outcome. We do not invent problems to justify the fee.
If we miss the agreed delivery deadline for reasons within our control, you can choose a new date or a full refund. If the report omits the agreed scope or contains a material evidence error, tell us within 7 days. We will correct it within 3 working days or refund the affected service.
A one-off order can be cancelled for a full refund before work starts. Once started, any partial charge must reflect work actually completed within the agreed scope. For the proposed weekly service, cancellation prevents the next renewal; already-paid checks remain available for the paid week. These terms apply to business purchases and do not remove statutory rights.
Seller: Stuart Bluman trading as EnquiryProof, 5–7 High Street, London E13 0AD, United Kingdom. Not VAT registered. Contact and complaints: stuart@enquiryproof.uk. Services are for UK business customers. Payment facilities are not yet active; an enquiry does not create a paid order.
Scope is confirmed in writing before a payment link is issued. Delivery is within 3 UK working days of confirmed payment, complete intake and necessary permission. A missing customer dependency pauses that deadline and we will explain what is needed. The report records a point-in-time sample, not an assurance that a site is free of defects.
Test submissions require explicit written permission, an agreed time window and test identifier. We do not contact the agency's client for any other purpose, publish client findings, or reuse confidential material without permission. Reports may be shared with the agency's client under agency branding, retaining accurate scope and result limitations.
Support is asynchronous, with a target reply within one UK working day, Monday to Friday excluding English bank holidays. Retests must be requested within 7 days and stay within the original route. No emergency-response commitment or continuous monitoring is included.
Controller: the sole trader identified in the seller details above. For privacy requests, email stuart@enquiryproof.uk or write to the address above. Updated 9 October 2026.
The form prepares text locally in your browser. It sends nothing automatically and does not save your entries to our server. If you send an email, we receive your contact details, agency name, nominated website and enquiry. We use these to respond, agree scope and, if you order, deliver the service. Our lawful basis is taking steps towards or performing a contract when you are the contracting individual, or our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries and delivering services to your organisation. We retain necessary financial records to meet legal obligations.
Email is handled through Google Workspace. Site hosting is provided through OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure. These providers may process technical information such as IP addresses and service logs to operate and secure their services. We have added no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. We use AI tools to assist with drafting and organising redacted findings, with human review; do not send passwords, customer records or sensitive data. We do not sell personal data or make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects solely by automation.
Providers may process information outside the UK. Applicable provider agreements and transfer safeguards must cover those processing arrangements, such as UK adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data. Payment collection is not active. Before checkout becomes available, this notice will be updated to describe the payment provider and data handled.
We normally delete unsuccessful enquiries within 90 days of the last substantive contact and working test evidence within 90 days of delivery. Minimal contractual and permission records are retained for up to six years after completion for dispute handling; financial records are kept for the legally required period. Relevant records may be kept longer for an active dispute or legal requirement. A minimal record of a marketing objection may be retained to honour it.
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time. Contact us using the details above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
